Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Quarry Energy is an energy provider in Knoxville focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
