Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
