Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
