Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
