Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Thistle Auto Group is a Indianapolis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
