Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
