Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Foods Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
