Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Houston, TX)

Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Houston with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
