Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 478 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
