Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Houston, TX)

Silverline Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Houston region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
