Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Houston, TX)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Houston. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
