Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Juniper Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Honolulu. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
