Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
