Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
