Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Drift Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
