Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Basin Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
