Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Hartford area. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data.
