Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fresno, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
