Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fresno, CA)

Bright Cedar Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fresno. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
