Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Loom Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
