Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Quarry Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Fresno region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
