Operations Manager - safety and compliance (El Paso, TX)

Summit Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in El Paso with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
