Operations Manager - safety and compliance (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Facilities Associates and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
