Operations Manager - safety and compliance (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Maple Construction Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
