Operations Manager - safety and compliance (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
