Operations Manager - safety and compliance (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Pike Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
