Operations Manager - safety and compliance (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the El Paso region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
