Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
