Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Denver. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track performance measures for fare systems and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
