Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Stone Foods is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
