Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Redstone Clear Freight Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for loads and lanes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
