Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Basin Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
