Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Orchard Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Denver, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
