Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Orchard Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
