Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Clearpath Timber Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Denver, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for materials orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
