Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Denver, CO)

Nova Keystone Foods Group is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Denver. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
