Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track performance measures for machine downtime and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
