Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quill Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 342 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
