Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Dallas, TX)

Nova Pike Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Dallas region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules.
