Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Dallas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
