Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Dallas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
