Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Dallas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
