Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Drift Energy is an energy provider in Columbus focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
