Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Bright Clear Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 663 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
