Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Colorado Springs, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
