Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
