Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cleveland region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
