Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Corner Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Cleveland region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
