Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Maple Water Authority is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
