Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Quill Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
